History
In 1981, Lefteris Kitantzis, a third generation agronomist, created a flourishing company that produces and exports indoor and outdoor plants. In 2006, Marigold Plants SA was founded in order to expand its line of activities and to establish in Greece a combination of pot plant production and exporting hub. The company extends its activities, in order to cover a wide spectrum, which postulated an important increase in manpower, occupying 12 administrative employees and 60 employees in production, with current plantation of 35ha. Today, MPSA overcomes the years of austerity and financial crisis. The company believes in more consistent and fruitful times for the sector. Marigold Plants is thankful to its customers and continues offering innovative products at competitive prices with fast and reliable services.
At Marigold Plants we believe in the great future of the sector and thus we are working towards the improvement of our quality and services. The scope of the company is to increase its export activity and to bring higher quality products to the consumers across the European market.
Nowadays...
At the side of Lefteris Kitantzis is the 4th generation of agronomists. Since 2007, the eldest son of Kriton Kitantzis, agronomist MSc, and since 2010, the youngest son of Phaedon Kitantzis, also an agronomist and Marketing M Sc.
